Small details

Wondering where I've been or why I haven't posted?

Not really?

Well I'll tell you anyway since you are already here.

I've been right here.  Thinking about life.  Napping.  Catching a plant-eating rodent or two.

And waiting for her to stop pinning on Pinterest long enough for me to get some quality computer time.

Yep.  Not only that but, last week alone I wrote two posts. Without a computer - you know the old fashioned kind...longpaw.  I sure did!

No, they didn't get published.  The can-opener-turned-editor nixed them.

I thought they were pretty good.  Really.

But she said, "no, your followers will drop you quicker than a rabid flea."

"Post something that everyone can relate to or at least enjoy", she added.

Since when do I post anything that all of you don't enjoy?  Hmpfh!  Alright then - here it is. Safe. With pretty and close-up, non-ferocious pictures (excluding of course the very ferocious one above of moi...and handsome oui?).

And I'm linking up with Rebecca for Magnify Monday.  Which by the way, I had planned on doing anyway because it really is a great idea to stop and look and appreciate every detail that we have been given in this beautiful life!

Note: Rebecca was unable to host this link up party this week, for reasons unknown.  The link for Magnify Monday is to her original post announcing the party.

Don't forget you can click on any picture for even greater detail!

While I do hope that you enjoy this post, should you decide you want to read my previous, unpublished posts let me know.  I've got this expanding universe and linear reality of  measured time all formulated and theorized.  Ready for publication in a scientific journal or on this blog.

Together we could remind her just who's blog this is.  Storm the pessimistic self-appointed editor's office and let her know just how my followers really feel about my blog posts....just think about it and let me know.

Meanwhile, I think I'll go work on my next article... cognitive hibernation of warm blooded mammals.

Romeo, you have given me a bit of a headache with all that fancy talk. Not to mention Clovis was in an altercation with another cat today and may never be let outside again. Lovely images today of her plants. hugs, olive

Yes-I HAVE been wondering where you were! I am GLAD you found your way back to posting and I, personally, would PAWS long enough to read every word!

SO...SHE has been pinning, huh? You tell HER that I am afraid to START because I am afraid that I wouldn't be able to quit and would then have to join PA (Pinners Anonymous).

I hope you AND SHE have a wonderful week...and I have missed seeing you here- xo Diana

Well young man, your public has been missing you. I, for one, would read anything you wrote so please tell her not to stifle your creative urges. I'd rather picture you with paw to paper than eating rodents.

How wonderful it is to hear from you Romeo. I, for one, would LOVE to read your writings on the expanding universe and linear reality of measured time especially if it is formulated and theorized. I always thought my kitty Maxie, when she was still here on earth with me, would be thinking about the theory of relativity or contemplating the secrets of the universe. But my husband, silly man, said she wasn't thinking of a cockeyed thing! (Some people just don't understand the brilliant minds of cats.)
I wouldn't be too hard on "her". Pinterest is very captivating and face it - she doesn't turn your world upside-down by rearranging the house or getting crazy ideas like cleaning everything in sight. It's so easy to talk to you, Romeo. Sometimes it seems like you must be more human than cat. Your friend, Diane

Romeo, Bluebell and Romsey eat plenty of rodents too, but their favorite at the moment is the easy-to-catch baby bunnies. A bit of a shame. Piccies lovely as ever.

Incredible pics!! Pinterest is definitely a time-waster - I spend way too much time on it and I don't even have my own page. Romeo, you are indeed tres handsome :)

Romeo, all of your Posts make me Smile, you have been missed, welcome back. It's probably a good thing that Pinterest has been acting up for me lately, otherwise I'd be on there incessantly with her. *Winks*

Romeo, you and I have been in the same mode lately...napping and contemplating life. Sometimes that much more important than blogging, don't you agree?

Still, I see "she" has signed up for WBC4, as have I. That means I'd better take pictures and think of interesting things to say about my studio. Maybe after I curl up in the sunshine for a while...:)
